ଏଫଏମ୍ ଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ନ୍ୟାୟ ଦାବିରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବନ୍ଦ୍
Statewide tension continues over the self-immolation incident of Baleswar Fakir Mohan College student Soumyashree. Today, demanding justice for the victim and seeking dignity and safety for women in the state, the Congress along with 8 other political parties has called for a 12-hour Odisha bandh. As a result, normal life has come to a halt. Shops, markets, educational institutions, offices, courts, banks, and public sector enterprises have been called to remain shut. However, essential services such as ambulances and patient care have been exempted from the bandh. Opposition leaders have appealed to the public to support the bandh against the BJP government's misgovernance and in solidarity with the demand for women's safety and respect in Odisha.
ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର ଫକୀରମୋହନ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଛାତ୍ରୀ ସୌମ୍ୟାଶ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଆତ୍ମାହୁତି ଘଟଣାକୁ ନେଇ ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଜାରି ରହିଛି ଉତ୍ତେଜନା। ଆଜି ପୀଡ଼ିତା ଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ନ୍ୟାୟ ଓ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମାନ ଓ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦାବିରେ ୧୨ ଘଣ୍ଟିଆ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବନ୍ଦ ଡାକରା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସମେତ ୮ ରାଜନୈତିକ ଦଳ। ଫଳରେ ଚକ ଅଖ ସବୁ ରହିଛି ବନ୍ଦ। ଦୋକାନ, ବଜାର, ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ସମେତ ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ,ଅଦାଲତ,ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଓ ବୀମା ଭଳି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରାୟତ୍ତ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ବନ୍ଦ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଆହ୍ୱାନ।ତେବେ ବନ୍ଦ ପାଳନରୁ ବାଦ୍ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଅତ୍ୟାବଶ୍ୟକ ସେବା, ଆମ୍ୱୁଲାନ୍ସ,ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ଚିକିତ୍ସା।ବିଜେପି ସରକାରର କୁଶାସନ ବିରୋଧରେ ଏହି ବନ୍ଦ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମାନ ଓ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବନ୍ଦ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ହେଉ ବୋଲି ବିରୋଧୀମାନେ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଅପିଲ ।
