ଧଉଳି ନାବାଳିକା ଗଣ ଦୁଷ୍କର୍ମ ଘଟଣାର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ ଗିରଫ

The prime accused in the Dhauli gang-rape case, Satya Prakash Hati alias Joker, has been arrested. The Special Squad of the Commissionerate Police arrested Joker from Ganjam district. After the crime, Joker initially went into hiding in Khordha and later fled to Ganjam. Police faced significant challenges while tracking him down. Eventually, the Special Squad nabbed him while he was hiding in Ganjam. Joker is a habitual offender and has 15 criminal cases registered against him earlier. Previously, two other accused in the case had already been arrested. Police have continued raids to arrest the remaining absconding accused, according to the investigating team.
