ପଞ୍ଚମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଯାଏଁ ମାତୃଭାଷା ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ
Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan reviewed reforms in the school-level education curriculum and textbook development. He said that new textbooks for Classes I to VIII will be introduced from the 2026–27 academic year, based on the Odisha State Curriculum Framework. Training will be provided to around 1.67 lakh teachers in the state to equip them with the new curriculum. Education in the mother tongue will be strengthened up to Class V to reinforce children’s foundational learning. For students from Classes VI to X, a 10-day bagless learning programme will be introduced. Special focus will also be given to nutrition and health of children from birth to Class XII. Additionally, efforts will be made to achieve the ‘NIPUN Odisha’ goal to enhance reading, writing, and numeracy skills at the primary level.
ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ସ୍ତରୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ସଂସ୍କାର ଓ ପାଠ୍ୟପୁସ୍ତକ ବିକାଶ ନେଇ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷାମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଧର୍ମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରଧାନଙ୍କ ସମୀକ୍ଷା। କେନ୍ଦ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ,୨୦୨୬-୨୭ ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷରୁ ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ଅଷ୍ଟମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଯାଏ ନୂତନ ପାଠ୍ୟପୁସ୍ତକ କରାଯିବ ପ୍ରଚଳନ। ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରାଜ୍ୟ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଢାଞ୍ଚା ଉପରେ ହେବ ଆଧାରିତ। ରାଜ୍ୟର ୧ଲକ୍ଷ ୬୭ ହଜାର ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ନୂତନ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଦକ୍ଷ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଦିଆଯିବ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ।ପଞ୍ଚମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମାତୃଭାଷାରେ ଶିକ୍ଷାଦାନକୁ କରାଯିବ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ , ଯାହା ଦ୍ବାରା ଶକ୍ତ ହେବ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କର ମୌଳିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ମୂଳଦୁଆ । ସେହିପରି ୬ଷ୍ଠରୁ ଦଶମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କରାଯିବ ୧୦ଦିନିଆ ବ୍ୟାଗ୍ମୁକ୍ତ ଶିକ୍ଷାଦାନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ।ଜନ୍ମରୁ ଦ୍ବାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଶିଶୁଙ୍କ ପୋଷଣ ଓ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତି ଦିଆଯିବ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଦୃଷ୍ଟି । ଏଥିସହ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ସ୍ତରରେ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପଢ଼ିବା, ଲେଖିବା ଓ ସଂଖ୍ୟାଜ୍ଞାନର ଦକ୍ଷତା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ କରାଯିବ ନିପୁଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ହାସଲ ।
