ନବବର୍ଷରେ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ଖୋଲାକୁ ନେଇ ନୂଆ ବିବାଦ ଆରମ୍ଭ
A new controversy has begun over the opening of the Shree Jagannath Temple on the English New Year. Since January 1 is not considered the traditional New Year according to Sanatan customs, a letter has been written requesting that the temple should not be opened at midnight, as this would disturb Lord Jagannath’s rest. This request has been made through a letter addressed to the Gajapati Maharaja, the Chief Administrator of the Shree Mandir, and the Law Minister by Shree Mandir Management Committee member Pandit Mahesh Sahu. In his letter, he stated that Lord Jagannath is the revered deity and symbol of faith for Sanatani Hindus, and all temple rituals are conducted strictly in accordance with Sanatan scriptures. However, for the past few years, the temple has been opened at midnight on January 1, and this practice has now become regular. He emphasized that this is not appropriate from a religious and traditional perspective and urged the authorities to put an end to this practice.
ଇଂରାଜୀ ନବବର୍ଷରେ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ଖୋଲାକୁ ନେଇ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି ନୂଆ ବିବାଦ। ଜାନୁଆରି ୧ ଆମ ପାଇଁ ପରମ୍ପରାଗତ ନବବର୍ଷ ନୁହେଁ, ତେଣୁ ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ରାତି ଅନିଦ୍ରା କରି ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ରାତି ଅଧରେ ନ ଖୋଲିବା ପାଇଁ ଲେଖାଯାଇଛି ଚିଠି। ଗଜପତି ମହାରାଜା, ଶ୍ରୀ ମନ୍ଦିର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶାସକ ଓ ଆଇନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଚିଠି ଜରିଆରେ ଏହି ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ପରିଚାଳନା ସମିତିର ସଦସ୍ୟ ପଣ୍ଡିତ ମହେଶ ସାହୁ।ସେ ଚିଠି ଲେଖି ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ମହାପ୍ରଭୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ସନାତନୀ ହିନ୍ଦୁମାନଙ୍କର ଆସ୍ଥା ତଥା ଆରାଧ୍ୟ ଦେବତା । ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ସକଳ ପରମ୍ପରା ସନାତନ ଧର୍ମଶାସ୍ତ୍ର ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ହୋଇଆସୁଛି । ହେଲେ ଗତ କିଛି ବର୍ଷ ହେବ ଜାନୁଆରି ୧ ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟରାତ୍ରିରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଖୋଲା ରହୁଛି ମନ୍ଦିର । ଯାହାକି ହୋଇଗଲାଣି ଏବେ ନିୟମିତ । ତେବେ ଏହା ଧାର୍ମିକ ଏବଂ ପରମ୍ପରା ଦୃଷ୍ଟିକୋଣରୁ ଆଦୌ ଠିକ୍ ନୁହେଁ ବୋଲି କହିବା ସହିତ ଏହାକୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବାକୁ ସେ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଅନୁରୋଧ ।
