ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ’କୁ ନେଇ ନୂଆ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାବଳୀ ଜାରି
The Union Home Ministry has issued new guidelines regarding India’s national song “Vande Mataram.” Singing “Vande Mataram” will now be mandatory before the national anthem “Jana Gana Mana.” It will be compulsory at Padma Awards and Presidential events. It will also be played in public places such as cinema halls. All government schools, offices, and official programs must include “Vande Mataram.” People must stand in attention while it is played. Disrespect may lead to up to three years of imprisonment. The song’s duration will be extended from 65 seconds to 3 minutes and 10 seconds. At special government events, the official six verses must be sung or played.
ଭାରତର ଜାତୀୟ ଗୀତ ‘ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ୍’ ନେଇ ନୂଆ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାନାମା ଜାରି କରିଛି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ।ଏଣିକି ଜାତୀୟ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ଜନ ଗଣ ମନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ୍ ଗାନ।ପଦ୍ମ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଓ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ୍ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ। ସିନେମା ହଲ୍ ଭଳି ସାର୍ବଜନୀନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ବାଜିବ ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ୍। ସମସ୍ତ ସରକାରୀ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ,କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ‘ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ୍’ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ। ‘ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ୍’ ଗାନ ବେଳେ ସାବଧାନ ଭଙ୍ଗୀରେ ରହିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାମା। ଯଦି କେହି ଅସମ୍ମାନ କରନ୍ତି ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୩ ବର୍ଷ କାରାଗାରଦଣ୍ଡ ପାଁଇ ଜାରି ରହିଛି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ। ସେହିପରି ଆଉ ୬୫ ସେକେଣ୍ଡ ଲମ୍ବା ନହୋଇ ବରଂ ୩ ମିନିଟ୍ ୧୦ ସେକେଣ୍ଡ ଲମ୍ବା ହେବ ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ୍।ଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସରକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ "ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ୍"ର ସରକାରୀ ଛଅଟି ପଦ ଗାଇବା କିମ୍ବା ବଜାଇବା ହେବ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ।
