ଅପାରଗ ବାବୁଙ୍କୁ କରାଯିବ ବିଦା
The Odisha government has asked all departments to submit data on incompetent officers, including how many have already been given compulsory retirement. Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja has directed all departments to submit the report by 7th August. The government will conduct a detailed performance review of officers and staff, and those not performing as per norms or deemed incompetent will be compulsorily retired.
କେଉଁ ବିଭାଗରେ କେତେ ଅପାରଗ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କେତେ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ଅବସର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି ତାର ତଥ୍ୟ ମାଗିଲେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର। ଏ ନେଇ ସବୁ ବିଭାଗକୁ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଦେବାକୁ କହିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ମନୋଜ ଆହୁଜା।୭ ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସମସ୍ତ ତଥ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଦେବାକୁ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ। ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବଙ୍କ ଦପ୍ତର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଲେଖାଯାଇଛି ଯେ, ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏବଂ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଶୈଳୀର କରାଯିବ ଟିକିନିଖି ସମୀକ୍ଷା।ଯେଉଁମାନେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିୟମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପାଦନା କରୁନାହାନ୍ତି ତଥା ଅପାରଗ ବୋଲି ବିବେଚିତ ହେବେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ଅବସର ।
