ଉପରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ମତଦାନ ଜାରି ; ଭୋଟ ଦେଉନି ବିଜେଡି
Voting for the country’s 17th Vice Presidential election is being held today at the Parliament House. The polling process began at 10 AM and will continue till 5 PM. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was the first to cast his vote at 10 AM. The contest is between NDA candidate C.P. Radhakrishnan and Independent candidate B. Sudarshan Reddy. A total of 542 Lok Sabha members and 239 Rajya Sabha members will cast their votes. The counting of votes will begin at 6 PM. However, the BJD has abstained from voting.
ଦେଶର ୧୭ତମ ଉପରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ଆଜି ସଂସଦ ଭବନରେ ମତଦାନ ହେଉଛି ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ। ସକାଳ ୧୦ଟାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ୫ଟା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚାଲିବ ଭୋଟଦାନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା।ସକାଳ ୧୦ଟାରେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଭୋଟ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦି। ଏନଡିଏ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ସିପି ରାଧାକୃଷ୍ଣନ ଏବଂ ଇଣ୍ଡି ମେଣ୍ଟ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ବି. ସୁଦର୍ଶନ ରେଡ୍ଡୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ହେଉଛି ପ୍ରତିଦ୍ୱନ୍ଦ୍ୱିତା। ଲୋକସଭାର ୫୪୨ ଜଣ ସଦସ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ୟସଭାର ୨୩୯ ଜଣ ସଦସ୍ୟ ଦେବେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଭୋଟ୍ । ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ୬ଟାରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ଭୋଟ୍ ଗଣତି । ତେବେ ମତଦାନରୁ ବିରତ ରହିଛି ବିଜେଡି।
