Strict Guidelines Issued for Rural Development Department Employees Strict rules have been issued for the employees of the Rural Development Department. Employees must now report to the office on time. A notification regarding this has been released by the department. According to the notification: All employees must record their “Office In” and “Office Out” times through biometric attendance. If an employee fails to record the “Office Out”, it will be considered as unauthorized absence for that day. All employees must arrive at the office by 10:00 AM and leave only after 5:30 PM. A minimum presence of 7 hours and 30 minutes in the office is mandatory. In case of health issues or other emergencies, employees must inform their superior officer in writing. If an employee does not complete the required 7 hours and 30 minutes in the office, disciplinary action will be initiated. If the working hours for the day are less than 4 hours, one day of leave will be compulsorily deducted. If an employee is late on three days in a month, one day of leave will be cancelled.
