କେରଳ ଭଳି ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ବି ଆଗୁଆ ଆସିବ ମୌସୁମୀ
The southwest monsoon has reached Kerala eight days ahead of the normal schedule. Meanwhile, pre-monsoon rains are continuing in Odisha. It is being predicted that, like Kerala, Odisha may also experience an early onset of the monsoon. There is a possibility that the monsoon may reach Odisha about two weeks earlier, or by the end of this month. A low-pressure area is likely to form over the northwest Bay of Bengal, which is expected to pull the monsoon toward the region. This low-pressure system may develop around May 26 or 27, and due to its impact, the intensity of rainfall is expected to increase from the afternoon of May 27. The rains may continue until the night of May 30.
ସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ସମୟଠାରୁ ୮ ଦିନ ଆଗୁଆ କେରଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି ଦକ୍ଷିଣ-ପଶ୍ଚିମ ମୌସୁମୀ ବାୟୁ । ଏପଟେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଜାରି ରହିଛି ପ୍ରାକ୍ ମୌସୁମୀ ବର୍ଷା। କେରଳ ଭଳି ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆଗୁଆ ମୌସୁମୀ ଆସିବା ନେଇ କରାଯାଉଛି ଅନୁମାନ। ପ୍ରାୟ ଦୁଇ ସପ୍ତାହ ଆଗୁଆ ବା ଏଇ ମାସ ଶେଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଛୁଇଁପାରେ ମୌସୁମୀ । ଉତ୍ତର-ପଶ୍ଚିମ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଲଘୁଚାପ ହିଁ ମୌସୁମୀକୁ ଟାଣି ଆଣିବ ବୋଲି କରାଯାଉଛି ଆକଳନ । ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୬ କିମ୍ବା ୨୭ରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇପାରେ ଲଘୁଚାପ । ଏହା ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ୨୭ ତାରିଖ ଅପରାହ୍ନରୁ ବଢ଼ିବ ବର୍ଷା ତୀବ୍ରତା। ଆସନ୍ତା ୩୦ ରାତ୍ରି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଲାଗି ରହିପାରେ ବର୍ଷା।
