CBI Court Rejects Bail Plea of ED Deputy Director Chintan Raghuvanshi The CBI court has rejected the bail plea of Chintan Raghuvanshi, Deputy Director of the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The court stated that since he held a high-ranking government position, granting him bail could influence witnesses and evidence. Citing this reason, the court dismissed his bail petition. On May 29, Chintan Raghuvanshi was arrested by the CBI for allegedly accepting a bribe.
ସିବିଆଇ ଅଦାଲତରେ ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟର ଡେପୁଟି ଡାଇରେକ୍ଟର ଚିନ୍ତନ ରଘୁବଂଶୀଙ୍କ ଜାମିନ୍ ଆଦେବନ ଖାରଜ । ଉଚ୍ଚ ପଦସ୍ଥ ସରକାରୀ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ଜାମିନ ମିଳିଲେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହୋଇପାରେ ସାକ୍ଷୀ ପ୍ରମାଣ।ଏଭଳି କାରଣ ଦର୍ଶାଇ ଜାମିନ ଆବେଦନକୁ ଖାରଜ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଅଦାଲତ। ମେ ୨୯ ତାରିଖରେ ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟ ଡେପୁଟି ଡାଇରେକ୍ଟର ଚିନ୍ତନ ରଘୁବଂଶୀ ଲାଞ୍ଚ ନେଇ ସିବିଆଇ ଦ୍ବାରା ହୋଇଥିଲେ ଗିରଫ ।
