ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଲା ଲଘୁଚାପ । ଉତ୍ତର-ପଶ୍ଚିମ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଲଘୁଚାପ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି । ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ୪୮ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ଏହା ଅଧିକ ଘନୀଭୂତ ହୋଇ ଧିରେ ଧିରେ ଉତ୍ତରମୁହାଁ ହେବାର ରହିଛି ସମ୍ଭାବନା ।ସେପଟେ ୨ରୁ ୩ ଦିନ ଭିତରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଛୁଇଁବ ମୌସୁମୀବାୟୁ । ମୌସୁମୀ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଛୁଇଁବାକୁ ଅନୁକୂଳ ରହିଛି ପାଗ । ଗତ ୨୪ ତାରିଖରେ ମୌସୁମୀ ବାୟୁ କେରଳ ଛୁଇଁଥିବା ବେଳେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଜାରି ରହିଛି ପ୍ରାକ୍ ମୌସୁମୀ ବର୍ଷା।
