ରାଜଧାନୀରେ ଶସ୍ତାରେ ଘର ଦେବେ ସରକାର
Houses will be available in the capital city Bhubaneswar for ₹15 lakhs. The Department of Housing and Urban Development will construct these affordable houses in collaboration with various private organizations. Houses will be built for different income categories, priced between ₹15 lakhs and ₹50 lakhs. This was announced by Housing and Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mahapatra. The initiative aims to fulfill the dream of owning a home in the city for common, poor, and middle-class families. The houses will be allotted through a lottery system, the minister said. Criteria will also be set to determine eligible beneficiaries, and people from the wealthy class will not be allowed to apply.
ରାଜଧାନୀ ଭୂବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଘର ମିଳିବ ୧୫ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାରେ । ଗୃହ ଓ ନଗର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ବିଭାଗ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବ ଏହି ସବୁ ଶସ୍ତା ଘର, ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଘରୋଇ ସଂସ୍ଥା ସହଯୋଗରେ । ୧୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ୫୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଭିତରେ ଅଲଗା ଅଲଗା ବର୍ଗ ପାଇଁ ତିଆରି ହେବ ଘର । ଏ ନେଇ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଗୃହ ଏବଂ ନଗର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କୃଷ୍ଣଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ମହାପାତ୍ର।ପୂରଣ ହେବ ସାଧାରଣ ଗରିବ ତଥା ମଧ୍ୟବିତ୍ତ ପରିବାରର ସହର ଘର ସ୍ବପ୍ନ । ଲଟେରୀ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଘର ଦିଆଯିବ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । ତେବେ କେଉଁ ବର୍ଗର ଲୋକ ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ହେବେ ତାହାର ମଧ୍ୟ ରହିବ ମାନଦଣ୍ଡ । କୌଣସି ଧନୀକ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଲୋକ ଆଦୌ କରିପାରିବେନାହିଁ ଆବେଦନ ।
