ହ୍ୟୁମାନ ସାଗର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ମାମଲାରେ ଅର୍ପିତାଙ୍କୁ ଅନ୍ତରୀଣ ସୁରକ୍ଷା
In the much-publicised death case of renowned singer Human Sagar, the High Court has granted interim protection to singer Arpita Choudhury and Somesh Satapathy. While hearing their anticipatory bail pleas, the High Court directed the state government to submit the case diary. The court also permitted the petitioners to make Human Sagar’s mother and complainant, Sephali Suna, a party to the case. A notice has been issued to her as Opposite Party No. 2. The next hearing of the case is scheduled for February 16.
ବହୁଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ କଣ୍ଠଶିଳ୍ପୀ ହ୍ୟୁମାନ ସାଗର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ମାମଲାରେ କଣ୍ଠଶିଳ୍ପୀ ଅର୍ପିତା ଚୌଧୁରୀ ଓ ସୋମେଶ ଶତପଥୀଙ୍କୁ ଉଚ୍ଚନ୍ୟାୟଳୟରୁ ମିଳିଛି ଅନ୍ତରୀଣ ସୁରକ୍ଷା । ସୋମେଶ ଓ ଅର୍ପିତାଙ୍କ ତରଫରୁ ଦାୟର ଆଗୁଆ ଜାମିନ ଆବେଦନର ଶୁଣାଣି କରି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ କେସ୍ ଡାଏରି ଦାଖଲ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଉଚ୍ଚନ୍ୟାୟଳୟ। ଏହି ମାମଲାରେ ହ୍ୟୁମାନଙ୍କ ମାଆ ତଥା ଏତଲାକାରୀ ସେଫାଳି ସୁନାଙ୍କୁ ପକ୍ଷଭୁକ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ଉଚ୍ଚନ୍ୟାୟଳୟ ଆବେଦନକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଅନୁମତି।ଏଥିସହ ମାମଲାର ପ୍ରତିପକ୍ଷ ନମ୍ବର-୨ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ସୁନାଙ୍କୁ ନୋଟିସ୍ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି ଉଚ୍ଚନ୍ୟାୟଳୟ। ଫେବୃୟାରୀ ୧୬ରେ ହେବ ମାମଲାର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଶୁଣାଣି।
