ନୂଆ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବଙ୍କୁ ୧୫ ସୂତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ଦେଶାବଳୀ ଦେଲେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has issued a 15-point directive to the new Chief Secretary, Anu Garg. With the aim of making the administration more proactive in the New Year, the Chief Minister has laid out clear instructions. The key objectives include building a prosperous Odisha by 2036, bringing Odisha among the top five developed states, steering the state towards a “mixed economy,” and giving greater emphasis to knowledge-driven industries and the service sector. To ensure rapid industrial development, the Chief Minister has also directed all district collectors to take proactive measures.
ନୂଆ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଅନୁ ଗର୍ଗଙ୍କୁ ୧୫ ସୁତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାମା ଦେଲେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝୀ। ନୂଆବର୍ଷରେ ପ୍ରଶାସନକୁ ଅଧିକ କ୍ରିୟାଶୀଳ କରିବା ଲାଗି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । ୨୦୩୬ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗଠନ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ, ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ୫ଟି ବିକଶିତ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଆଣିବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା, ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ଏକ ‘ମିଶ୍ରିତ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି’ ଆଡ଼କୁ ନେବାପାଇଁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ, ଜ୍ଞାନ-ପରିଚାଳିତ ଶିଳ୍ପ, ସେବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଅଧିକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ । ଶିଳ୍ପାୟନର ଦ୍ରୁତ ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ସବୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ।
