ପୀତବାସ ପଣ୍ଡା ହତ୍ୟା ମାମଲାରେ ଗିରଫ ୫ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କ ଜାମିନ ଆବେଦନ ଖାରଜ

The bail pleas of five accused arrested in the high-profile murder case of senior lawyer Pitabas Panda have been rejected. The Additional District and Sessions Judge (3rd Court) has denied bail to former MLA Bikram Kumar Panda, former Mayor Shib Shankar Das alias Pintu, advocate Madan Mohan Dalai, Sunil Hota, and Shunya Das. The hearing in this case was held on the 12th of the month in the Third ADJ Court. The hearing on the bail applications of Bikram Panda and the other four accused was completed, after which the court had reserved its verdict. It is noteworthy that lawyer Pitabas Panda was shot dead on the night of October 6, on the occasion of Kumar Purnima.
