Through this system, people’s feedback will be collected to ensure that all government services are being delivered properly. If any official fails to provide services, misbehaves, or takes bribes, strict action will be taken against them. Similar to the BJD government’s Mo Sarkar initiative, this program will function in the same framework, but without chairpersons or secretaries. Complaints and suggestions will be directly heard by the Chief Minister and the administration. Under this, more than 150 services across around 20 departments will be available to the people.
