Delhi’s air pollution has become suffocating. The worsening air quality in the national capital has now emerged as a serious challenge for everyone. To deal with the situation, the government has directed that 50 percent of employees in all offices should work from home. Earlier, the Delhi government had decided that vehicles without a valid pollution-under-control (PUC) certificate would not be allowed to purchase petrol or diesel. Following this, the Delhi government has taken several more stringent decisions today to curb the rising pollution levels.
