ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ଭାରତ ସହ ଆଉ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବନି ଆମେରିକା
After imposing the highest tariffs on Indian goods, U.S. President Donald Trump has taken another major decision — announcing that there will be no further trade discussions with India. Trump made it clear that the U.S. will not engage in any new trade talks with India. Earlier, a U.S. trade delegation was scheduled to visit India on August 25 for discussions related to trade agreements. However, following Trump's announcement, the American team may not arrive in India. The imposition of 50% tariffs by Trump has caused serious damage to trade relations between the two nations. This decision has pushed India–U.S. relations to one of their lowest points in recent decades, especially in terms of economic cooperation.
ଭାରତ ଉପରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଶୁଳ୍କ ଲାଗୁ କରିବା ପରେ ଆଉ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ଆମେରିକା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଡୋନାଲ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପ। ଭାରତ ସହିତ ଆଉ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାର ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରାଯିବ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଟ୍ରମ୍ପ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଘୋଷଣା। ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ କାରବାର ପାଇଁ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨୫ ତାରିଖରେ ଆମେରିକାର ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଦଳ ଭାରତକୁ ଆସିବାର ଥିଲା। ହେଲେ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପଙ୍କର ଏହି ଘୋଷଣା ପରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ପାଇଁ ଭାରତ ଆସି ନ ପାରନ୍ତି ଆମେରିକା ପ୍ରତିନିଧି। ଭାରତ ଉପରେ ୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଶୁଳ୍କ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପ ଲାଗୁ କରିବା ପରେ ଦୁଇ ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟଗତ ସହଭାଗିତା ହୋଇଛି ଗଭୀର କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ । ଟ୍ରମ୍ପଙ୍କର ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ପରେ ଦୁଇ ଦଶନ୍ଧୀରେ ଅତି ନିମ୍ନ ସ୍ତରକୁ ଚାଲିଯାଇଛି ଭାରତ ଓ ଆମେରିକା ସମ୍ପର୍କ।
