President Droupadi Murmu has nominated four distinguished individuals to the Rajya Sabha. The nominated members include: Ujjwal Nikam, a renowned government lawyer C. Sadanandan Master, a senior social worker and educationist from Kerala Harsh Vardhan Shringla, former Foreign Secretary of India Meenakshi Jain, noted historian and academician This was officially announced through a notification by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The nominations were made under Article 80(1)(a) and clause (3) of the Indian Constitution.
