ଭୁଲ୍ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ନେଲା ୬ ଜୀବନ
Six patients have died allegedly due to the administration of a wrong injection. While five patients died last night, one more death was reported today. This shocking incident occurred at the Saheed Laxman Nayak Medical College and Hospital in Koraput. According to reports, several critical patients from various regions such as Koraput, Borigumma, Kalahandi, Semiliguda, and Machhara were undergoing treatment in the hospital’s ICU and surgical wards. Around 11 PM last night, three patients in the ICU died suddenly, followed by the deaths of two more patients in the general ward. Relatives of the deceased patients allege that those in the ICU were recovering well post-surgery. However, a hospital staff member reportedly administered an injection twice during their night shift. Within 15 minutes of receiving the injection, three ICU patients died. There is still no clarity on the exact cause of death for the patients in the general ward. Due to the rapid deaths of three ICU patients and two ward patients shortly after receiving their final dose during the night round, families have raised serious concerns, prompting the Town Police to seize the bodies for further investigation.
ଭୁଲ୍ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ପାଇଁ ଚାଲିଯାଇଛି ୬ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ । ଗତ ରାତିରେ ୫ ଜଣ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଆଜି ଆଉ ଜଣଙ୍କର ହୋଇଛି ମୃତ୍ୟୁ । କୋରାପୁଟ ସହିଦ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମଣ ନାୟକ ମେଡିକାଲ କଲେଜ ଓ ହାସପାତାଳରୁ ଆସିଛି ଏପରି ଅଭବାନୀୟ ଘଟଣା । ସୂଚନା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ହାସପାତାଳର ଆଇସିୟୁ ଏବଂ ସର୍ଜରୀ ଶଯ୍ୟାରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସିତ ହେଉଥିଲେ କୋରାପୁଟ, ବୋରିଗୁମ୍ମା, କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି, ସେମିଳିଗୁଡା, ମାଛରା ଭଳି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରୁ ଅନେକ ଗୁରୁତର ରୋଗୀ। ହଠାତ୍ ରାତି ୧୧ ପରେ ଆଇସିୟୁର ଗୁରୁତର ଚିକିତ୍ସିତ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ଭିତରୁ ତିନି ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଶଯ୍ୟାରେ ଥିବା ଦୁଇ ଜଣଙ୍କର ହୋଇଛି ମୃତ୍ୟୁ। ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ରୋଗୀ ସମ୍ପର୍କୀୟଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଅନୁସାରେ, ଆଇସିୟୁରେ ଅପରେସନ ପରେ ଠିକ୍ ଥିଲେ ରୋଗୀ । କିଛି ଇଞ୍ଜେକ୍ସନ ଦୁଇ ଥର ଦେଇଥିଲେ ରାତି ଦାୟିତ୍ଵରେ ଥିବା କର୍ମଚାରୀ। ଇଞ୍ଜେକ୍ସନ ଦେବାର ୧୫ ମିନିଟ ଭିତରେ ଆଇସିୟୁରେ ତିନି ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ହୋଇଥିଲା ମୃତ୍ୟୁ । କିନ୍ତୁ ଶଯ୍ୟାରେ ଥିବା ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ନେଇ ମିଳିପାରିନାହିଁ କିଛି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟତା । ଅଳ୍ପ ସମୟ ଭିତରେ ରାତି ରାଉଣ୍ଡର ଶେଷ ଡୋଜରେ ଆଇସିୟୁରେ ତିନି ଏବଂ ଶଯ୍ୟାରେ ଦୁଇ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ନେଇ ପରିବାର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠାଉଥିବାରୁ ଶବ ଜବତ କରିଛି ଟାଉନ ପୋଲିସ।
