ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ପରେ ବାହାରକୁ ବାହାରିବେନି ରେଭେନ୍ସା ବିଶ୍ଵବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ମହିଳା କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏବଂ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ
No female employee or researcher of Ravenshaw University will work in the office after 5:30 PM. In case of extreme urgency, work can only be done with the permission of the department head. This decision was taken during a meeting of the Ravenshaw Anti-Ragging Committee, keeping in mind the safety of female staff and students. To ensure their safety, an Anti-Ragging Committee, Anti-Ragging Squad, and Anti-Ragging Cell will remain active. According to the new guidelines, no female employee or student of Ravenshaw University will be allowed to leave the campus after 5:30 PM. This decision comes in the wake of the tragic suicide of Fakir Mohan College student Soumyashree in Balasore, after which the focus on women's safety in educational institutions has intensified.
ଏଣିକି ଅପରାହ୍ନ ସାଢ଼େ ୫ଟା ପରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ କାମ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ ରେଭେନ୍ସା ବିଶ୍ଵବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର କୌଣସି ମହିଳା କର୍ମଚାରୀ କିମ୍ବା ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନକାରୀ। ଅତି ଜରୁରୀ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ବିଭାଗୀୟ ମୁଖ୍ୟଙ୍କ ଅନୁମତି ନେଇ କରିପାରିବେ କାମ । ମହିଳା କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଓ ଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ରେଭେନ୍ସା ଆଣ୍ଟି ରାଗିଂ କମିଟିର ବୈଠକରେ ନିଆଯାଇଛି ଏଭଳି ନିଷ୍ପତି । ମହିଳା କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଓ ଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ରହିବ ଆଣ୍ଟି ରାଗିଂ କମିଟି, ଆଣ୍ଟି ରାଗିଂ ସ୍କ୍ୱାର୍ଡ ଏବଂ ଆଣ୍ଟି ରାଗିଂ ସେଲ୍ । ସେହିପରି ନୂଆ ନିୟମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ରେଭେନ୍ସା ବିଶ୍ଵବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ୫.୩୦ ପରେ ମହିଳା କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଓ ଛାତ୍ରୀ କେହି ଯାଇ ପାରିବେନି କ୍ୟାମ୍ପସ ବାହାରକୁ । ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର ଫକୀରମୋହନ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଛାତ୍ରୀ ସୌମ୍ୟାଶ୍ରୀ ବିଶିଙ୍କ ଆତ୍ମାହୁତି ଘଟଣା ପରେ ଏବେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷାକୁ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ।
