ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି ବିଧାନସଭା ବଜେଟ୍ ଅଧିବେଶନ
The Budget Session of the Odisha Legislative Assembly has begun. Starting his address with “Jai Jagannath,” Governor Haribabu Kambhampati said that in 2036, Odisha will complete 100 years of its formation. He stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Odisha is receiving major projects from the Centre. Odisha will become a growth engine of a developed India. The Governor further said that road modernization is underway in the state. The Rameswar–Paradeep Coastal Highway has been approved. Odisha will emerge as a semiconductor hub under the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative. A ring road is being constructed connecting Bhubaneswar–Khurda–Cuttack, and a flyover will be built on the Jayadev Vihar–Nandankanan road. The government is committed to strengthening infrastructure. He also highlighted that farmers’ per capita income has increased. Paddy is being procured at ₹3,100 per quintal. Under the Samruddha Krushak Yojana, ₹6,000 crore will be spent, while ₹2,020 crore will be allocated under the CM Kisan Yojana to boost farmers’ income. This will significantly improve the per capita income of farming families. The government aims to reduce multidimensional poverty by 5 percent. To empower women, a target has been set to increase women’s workforce participation to 70 percent. Special emphasis has been given to eliminating anemia and malnutrition. Reforms will also be introduced in the minor minerals sector. Additionally, 400 electric buses have been approved. With a focus on cleanliness, the government has set a goal to make Odisha a clean and hygienic state.
ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି ବିଧାନସଭା ବଜେଟ୍ ଅଧିବେଶନ।ଜୟ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥରୁ ଅଭିଭାଷଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଡ. ହରିବାବୁ କମ୍ଭମପାଟି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ୨୦୩୬ରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗଠନକୁ ପୂରିବ ଶହେ ବର୍ଷ । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦିଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ବରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ମିଳୁଛି ବଡ଼ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ । ବିକଶିତ ଭାରତର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ଇଞ୍ଜିନ୍ ହେବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା।ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଆହୁରି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ରାଜ୍ୟରେ କରାଯାଉଛି ରାସ୍ତାର ଆଧୁନିକୀକରଣ । ରାମେଶ୍ବର-ପାରାଦୀପ କୋଷ୍ଟାଲ ହାଇୱେକୁ ମିଳିଛି ଅନୁମୋଦନ। ଆତ୍ମନିର୍ଭର ଭାରତରେ ସେମି କଣ୍ଡକ୍ଟର ହବ୍ ହେବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର-ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା-କଟକକୁ ନେଇ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେଉଛି ରିଂରୋଡ୍ । ଫ୍ଲାଏଓଭର ହେବ ଜୟଦେବ ବିହାର-ନନ୍ଦନକାନନ ରାସ୍ତା। ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବାକୁ ମୋ ସରକାର ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତିବଦ୍ଧ ।ସେହିପରି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବଢ଼ିଛି ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ପିଛା ଆୟ । ଧାନ କ୍ବିଣ୍ଟାଲ ପିଛା ଦିଆଯାଉଛି ୩୧୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ କୃଷକ ଯୋଜନାରେ ୬ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟ କରାଯିବ । ସିଏମ୍ କିଷାନ ଯୋଜନାରେ ଆୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ ୨୦୨୦ କୋଟି ହେବ ବ୍ୟୟ । ଫଳରେ ଚାଷୀ ପରିବାରର ଯଥେଷ୍ଟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ପିଛା ଆୟ।ବହୁମୁଖୀ ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ କମାଇବା ଉପରେ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ।ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଧିକ ସଶକ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମହିଳା ଶ୍ରମଶକ୍ତି ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକୁ ୭୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ନେଇ ରଖାଯାଇଛି ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ । ଏହା ସହ ରକ୍ତହୀନତା ଓ ପୌଷ୍ଟିକ ଅଭାବର ନିରାକରଣ ଉପରେ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଅଧିକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ । ଲଘୁ ଖଣିଜରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସଂସ୍କାର ଆଣିବେ ସରକାର । ଆହୁରି ୪୦୦ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ଚାଳିତ ବସକୁ କରାଯାଇଛି ମଞ୍ଜୁର । ସ୍ବଚ୍ଛତାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସ୍ବଚ୍ଛ ଓଡ଼ିଶା କରିବାକୁ ରଖାଯାଇଛି ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ।
