A cold wave continues to grip the state, and the cold conditions are expected to persist for another two weeks. The Regional Meteorological Centre has forecast light to moderate fog at some places in Sundargarh, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, and Koraput districts. In the last 24 hours, G. Udayagiri in Kandhamal district recorded the lowest temperature in the state at 3.1 degrees Celsius.
